The Innkeeper’s Lodge is ideally located beside Stonewall Village and across the road from beautiful Pah Beach in Tryphena Harbour. The Lodge is built around an old historic Kauri Villa with a rich settler history. It has five en suite rooms. The lodge is part of the iconic and friendly Currach Irish Pub. The en suite rooms include twins/doubles and bigger rooms that can sleep up to four people.
This venue is an ideal place for a holiday with the option of dining in the gallery restaurant or cooking in the self-catering guest kitchen. There is also a delicious takeaway menu available from the restaurant kitchen if you want to watch the sunset at the beach. The Gallery Restaurant hosts regular local art exhibitions. We can arrange fishing charters, car hire and flights. We have hosted weddings, and small conferences at the Lodge. We offer complimentary Kayaks and Wifi. We have been in the Hospitality Industry for over three decades and love sharing beautiful Great Barrier Island with our guests.

Our guests’ experience
Currrach Irish Pub and Innkeepers Lodge is a beautiful place to relax and in the same time be part of the little and very lively, charming community of Great Barrier Island. I sailed over, arrived in the dark after an amazing sunset. An open fire, delicious food, good wine and beers, nice room in the garden, lovely people, open mic with great music.
We went on a Bucket List special and extended it – the hospitality, food, service, no request a problem and the suggestions of places to go, not to mention that roaring fire, made our stay at the Innkeepers Lodge and daily dinners at the Currach Irish Pub a great one.
